Mindful Foundations is a 4 week course that combines stress management theory, interactive group discussions, mindfulness principles and practices, mindful movement (gentle stretches) and home practice. This Program is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and his work is backed up by 30 years of published research, and has been proven to reduce stress-related medical conditions and chronic pain.
