Course 1 - Shared appetizer platter including: tasty crisps with cashew cheez, onion pudla medallions, shiitake fries and kefir garlic cucumber dipping sauce.

Course 4 - Choice of 1. Roasted heirloom carrot and cauliflower stuffed crepe topped with Lentil Dahl OR 2. Teriyaki Stir Fry with Almonds, Bok Choy, Cabbage and Kale, topped with Grilled King Oyster Mushroom
Course 5 - Organic Acai Superfruit Sorbet or Vegan Nanaimo Bar with Caramel Glaze
