As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Holistic Practitioner, I’ve spent over two decades supporting others on their path to vibrant health and balance. My journey began in 2000–2001 after graduating from the Transformational Arts College and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, where I first began helping clients integrate mind, body, and spirit through lifestyle transformation.
My studies include Holistic Health, Nutrition, Energy Healing, Bodywork, and Vipassana Meditation, with additional training in Classical Hatha, Anusara, Yin, Restorative, Therapeutic Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation.
In my classes and programs, I invite a meaningful yet light-hearted experience, where spiritual depth, conscious breath, and alignment take center stage. I teach from lived experience, bridging wisdom and practicality to meet you where you are.
Alongside yoga, I offer wellness coaching and cleansing programs that continue to grow in popularity as more people turn toward holistic paths for healing and prevention.
A lifelong animal lover, I’ve expanded my work to include holistic wellness for pets as well as people, honouring the deep bond and shared vitality between all sentient beings.
