“Wellness, to me has always been less about fixing, more about listening, and certainly about evolving. Over time, I’ve learned that the body responds best when met with spaciousness, patience, and aligned support.

The direction of my work sprouted from an early question in what truly supports health and healing on all levels and aspects of the individual. Over time, that question deepened into a commitment to prevention of dis-ease, deepening body awareness, and care for the whole being, long before a crisis can take hold.

Meet Kim Vidya, R.H.N

Originally from Toronto Canada, I live with my partner, 10 exceptional rescue cats, and bird, in Nicaragua. We grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs, enjoying fresh mangos and coconuts off the trees. I guide clients (people and pets) online for calls and classes daily.

For over twenty five years I have been immersed in wellness as both a study and a way of living. My studies began with energy work, herbology and nutrition, then expanded into yoga, breathwork, and meditation. I then continued the deep dive into the profound world of energetic, healing work ( in-person or distance) coupled with intuitive guidance for both people and animals.

I have guided and supported many wonderful souls looking to feel rejuvenated in body, clear in mind, and more deeply connected to what is true to their highest potential. What I offer gathers all aspects of the person into account. My style blends lived experience along with the wisdom traditions, then carefully shaped into guidance that is practical, meaningful, and aligned with modern understanding.

Education: Transformational Arts College (Holistic Practitioner Program 1998-2000), Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (Registered Holistic Nutritionist R.H.N 2001-2002), Reiki Master 2001, Registered Yoga Teacher (2007) 200 hours, plus 600+ hours yoga teacher, meditation & breath work training 2008-2019, Vipassana Meditation 2005-current.
