Monthly Me-Treat - Releasing Emotional Stagnation - Sunday February 23

If you’re here it means a wee voice inside you knows a bit of “me” time is needed at this time. Perhaps you’re feeling depleted, and need to dial up your self-care. Or maybe you just simply miss me and the lovely classes and want to reconnect. I am happy you found your way here no matter the reason.

I am excited to open special classes to those who are not part of the monthly membership, however wish to join a special class from time to time.

During this retreat we will explore ways to build inner connectivity through intuition, and our felt sense and deepening awareness. There will be breathwork, meditation, discussion and some gentle postures designed to release emotional stagnation and create a beautiful spaciousness. Through this opening we will create intentions to invite joy into our truest potential.

I am excited to share this experience with you. We will meet Sunday February 23 from 3-5pm Eastern time zone. Please have a nice spot in your place, maybe a candle and some things that are meaningful to you such as stones, photos, keepsakes, a blanket, cushion, tea/water and something comfy to sit on. Comfort is key.
