About Kim Vidya, RHN

Kim Vidya is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Holistic Practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals on their path to vibrant health. She integrates mind, body, and spirit practices to create meaningful, approachable wellness experiences.

With training in Holistic Health, Energy Healing, Bodywork, Vipassana Meditation, and various yoga traditions, Kim brings a comprehensive approach to wellness that honors the whole person.
